The Ochopee, Florida Post Office claims to be the smallest:

I believe the Wheeler Post Office shown closed in 1958. The Kaweah Post Office (Kaweah, CA) is 10 x 12 feet, but the Ochopee, FL office is smaller. USPS threatened Kaweah with closure in 2010, but local citizens, aided by Three Rivers, CA Postmistress Lori Ontiveros (recently retired) saved it (sort of). Residents of Kaweah still recieve mail there and the Zip code was preswerved, but mail is no longer postmarked at Kaweah.
