This year, stamps issued by postal administrations who are members of SEPAC (the Small European Postal Administration Cooperation) will have a common theme: “flowers”. In honour of H.S.H. Princess Charlene of Monaco, the Office des Émissions de Timbres-Poste has chosen to highlight protea, the symbolic flowers of South Africa.
