This very attractive issue was designed by Pierrette Lambert and engraved by Eugene Lacaque. It was released November 7, 1991. 127, 000 blocks were sold. It featured the four seasons of oranges and would make an admirable addition to a Monaco collection or for topical collectors interested in Fruit on Stamps.
