The twentieth anniversary of the accession of Queen Salote (Charlotte) was celebrated in October 1938 by three stamps, recess-printed by De La Rue.
A common design was used, showing the Queen in her ceremonial robes.
the same design, with the inscription modified, was used for a series of five stamps issued in 1944 to mark her Silver Jubilee.
