EUROPA stamp issue for the year 2013 is dedicated to postal vehicles. A pair of self-adhesive postage stamps issued by Finnish post illustrates a modern and an old Finnish postal trucks.

The modern vehicle is represented by Ford Transit Connect delivery van, and the past of Finnish postal delivery is embodied in Volvo LV-70-1933 mail car. In the period of time which lasted for 78 year beginning from 1921 to 1999 such mail cars also served as public buses.
