Local post established in 1886 at Atlantic City, New Jersey, United States, by Evan Hackney and Charles Bolte. The post delivered letters to and from the post office.
One cent was charged on each item and a circular die-cut stamp as issued. Printed in black on red paper, with inscriptions in negative, the stamp showed H&B/PENNY POST ATLANTIC CITY enclosed in a double-lined circle.
The post ceased in 1887.
