Old Austria – K.K. Post Building, Gablonz featured on stamp

The historic city centre is testament to the glory of the former Habsburg city (Austria) known for its glass and jewellery production. The local postal office was built between 1892 and 1894 according to plans by the royal court architect Friedrich Setz.
The special-issue stamp by Austrian Post in the “Old Austria” series features this postal office.
