This attractive issue from Portugal had water conservation as its theme thirty -seven years ago! It was promoting the preservation of humid zones.
The 1 E. showed sheep grazing, the 3 E. marshland, the 5 E. trout, and 10 E. wild ducks. Much to interest the topical collector.
Released November 24, 1976, it was designed by C. Durado and litho printed by Litografia Nacional, Oporto. Perf 14.
